Butter cookies

Ingredients:


  • 2 and a half cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  • salt
  • 230 g of salted butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • sprinkles

- Mix all the ingredients, except the sprinkles, until everything is all blended. Then, wrap the past on cling film and leave it on the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Roll the paste and cut it to your taste and shape.
- Put on the sprinkes and put it on a preheated oven at 180ºC. I left mine for about 8-10 minutes.
