Vitamins - Spirulina

Starting a plant based diet means giving up on a lot of vitamins that you would be having from meat or dairy. In order to give my body the vitamins that it needs I researched some natural vitamins with iron, protein, fiber, ...

I came across Spirulina, which a lot of you may already know. Spirulina is a natural vitamin source from sea weeds and it has high values of protein, fiber, magnesium and iron ( vitamins you would be receiving from meat and dairy).





It's hard. The first time I hated it. Now it's so normal that I can't even tasted
